Came here for breakfast for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I forgot my waitress' name but she was very welcoming, kind, and patient. The entire place felt cozy and was spacious for a lot of people. It did feel a bit warm inside especially on a hot sunny day in San Diego, but once I acclimated to the room temperature I was fine. My food was also really good and didn't take a long time to come out, no complaints there! Just be mindful of the very tight and narrow parking, there are only a couple of spots which are also at an angle so you may have to turn around if you enter off of 67th street. Other than that, I recommend this place for a peaceful breakfast/lunch date and definitely see myself coming back in the future!

I've definitely been guilty of going here three days in a row. Great fluffy chocolate chip pancakes! Savory breakfast potatoes- and the Irish eggs benedict is my new favorite. Also tried the wrapped piggies (with eggs and bacon and sausage rolled inside pancakes) and they were superb! Loved the Vietnamese coffee. Service was attentive and considerate- please be patient bc this place gets crowded! Ambience was small town cozy diner perfect for grabbing breakfast and reading a book while others bustle by on El Cajon Blvd. Already dreaming of when I can go back.

BEST HOME STYLE BREAKFAST! We love that we have been able to meet the owners who now treat us like family. We love to stick to basics or sometimes get the corned beef, or grind sandwhich. Also the coffee is bomb! The ambiance is super cute and just home feeling.

A pleasant surprise to finally dine here I really enjoyed my matcha latte. It does come sweetened, but quite delicious. Our food was pretty good & at a fair price too. The fruit was super fresh! Grapes were the perfect texture & oranges/cantaloupe were really nice Cute spot & attentive service
